Refund Policy

For one reason or another, you (the User) might change your mind. PaySomeoneToDoMyOnlineClass.us offers a fair and equitable Refund Policy regardless of the reason

Once a User assigns one of us for an online class, homework, quiz, or exam, the User enters a binding agreement under common law. The User agrees to the conditions of the enrolment such as fulfilling the payment obligations to receive the service offered by PaySomeoneToDoMyOnlineClass.us.

Please note, PaySomeoneToDoMyOnlineClass.us isn’t liable to adjustments in your (User) case.  We refund online courses due to the following circumstances:

• If you didn’t access any of our services and request a refund in writing via email within three business days from the date you registered.
• Returned books might attract extra shipping and restocking costs
• If you return course materials like books, study guides, self-study books UNOPENED

In a case where the learner wishes to initiate cancellation or alter the enrolment (out of goodwill), PaySomeoneToDoMyOnlineClass.us will permit these two options:

1. Once the User pays for an online exam directly, the fees are non-refundable. However, if the request is made within a 14-day period from the data of the enrollment, the User may receive a refund.

Within 14 days from enrolment, the learner will receive full refund on the total amount of fees paid at the time of cancellation. The first thing the student should do is to inform PaySomeoneToDoMyOnlineClass.us’ administration department in writing or tutoring. The letter should be in the admin’s office within 14 days via email, mail, fax, or delivered in person.

• If the learner applies for the refund after fortnight, they won’t receive the refund. However, the learner has the option of changing their course without paying extra fees. Remember, the online service won’t be liable for damages related to wrongly relayed messages. Therefore, it’s upon the student to ensure that the written notification is concise and promptly reaches the admin’s desk within the 14-days period.

In 30 Days:

Once the admin receives the notification for a refund, the student may consider changing their course. The student should make this application through a letter explaining their need to change the course, or cancel their order. Direct calls aren’t treated at an option for relaying the notification. This condition applies to students who haven’t submitted their assignments.

The student should also return old school notes within one week to validate the Refund. Two months after obtaining a receipt for the material, the student may apply to change their enrolment to a loved one who agrees to pursue the course.

Special considerations

A learner can request for a refund outside its refund period as previously explained. PaySomeoneToDoMyOnlineClass.us treats each refund request uniquely and it decides to grant Goodwill payment through a committee, comprising of staff members, not any individual.
